how can i add more tracks?

how can i add more tracks?

I tried dragging a video from the project file panel, and then drag it below the track1, but does not create a new track, just put my video in track1

Simply clicking on the green cross at left (see you picture). You can do too this operation putting your mouse arrow on a track, right click and select the good option in the contextual menu opened.
You should take a look at our manual, you 'll understand how works Openshot.
